Day 1 – Advanced Botulinum Toxin Course
Advanced Botulinum Toxin is indicated to health care professionals with at least 6 months injecting experience. The course will teach you more advanced procedures that will help you to progress from simply treating wrinkles to providing a more comprehensive facial rejuvenation treatment plan.
All the courses provided by Dr Julia Coelho is focused on safety, anatomy review, advanced consultation, technique and how to achieve natural results. We also cover complications recognition and management in every session.
Classes are kept small to allow close support to delegates throughout the day and ample opportunity for practice, questions or discussion.
Participants in the Advanced Botulinum Toxin course will receive course manuals, compilation of evidence-based literature, sample of consent and treatment forms, a CPD verified certificate, registration with products and equipment providers, registration with insurance company and treatment pack of 3-5 treatment (with additional cost).

Day 2 – Lip and Peri-oral Rejuvenation Masterclass
The Lip and Peri-oral rejuvenation masterclass is designed for medical professionals who have some experience with neurotoxin injections and dermal fillers who want to learn the latest techniques in creating beautiful lips and achieve the best aesthetic outcomes for the peri-oral area.
This course has been designed to master the art of administering lip filler treatments and enables you to devote an entire training session to learn about the range of techniques available to achieve a certain lip outcome tailored to the request of your patient. We also cover lip anatomy, consultation and assessment, and management of complications.
Classes are kept small to allow close support to delegates throughout the day and ample opportunity for practice, questions or discussion.

Session 1 – General Training Terms and Conditions
- General Terms and Conditions
- Delegates must agree to the following terms and conditions as part of the booking process. Failure to do so will result in booking not being authorised.
- Participants arriving late will be refused entry onto the course (see section 2)
- Failure of participants to attend the full duration of the event will result in incompletion of the course and relevant certificates will not be issued
- Cancelation fees will apply once a booking request has been placed (see section 2)
- Delegates are required to ensure that fully payment has been made at the time of booking. Failure to make full payment will result in the participant being refused entry and cancelation fees applied
- If a training course is cancelled due to any of the following:
- Low intake of delegates
- Unforeseen circumstances such as sickness to facilitator, departmental emergencies
- Delegates will be rebooked on to the next available date or an adhoc session will be provided to accommodate these cancellations
- Delegates who fail to turn up on the event date will not be offered alternative booking date and will be liable for the full cost of the course (see section 2)
- Dates are non-transferable
- We will not provide any costs incurred for additional cover (Travel, childcare, accommodation etc.)
- We reserve the right to cancel clinical sessions at late notice due to unforeseen or emergency circumstances
- Delegates must return an ID cards and scrubs at the end of any sessions
- Delegates will be required to comply with all local policies and procedures.
- Failure to do so may result in contract termination (See section 3)
- Delegates must pre booked in advance their treatment models and are subject to the assessors availability
Session 2 – Refunds & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations of >14 days’ notice will result in 35% of the booking fee being retained by the course administration.
- Cancellations of >7 but <14 days will result in 70% of the booking fee being retained.
- Cancellations of <7 days will result in 100% of the booking fee being retained.
- Any participants arriving late will be refused entry with 100% of the booking fee being retained.
- Failure to attend will result in 100% of the booking fee being retained.
- Participants requesting changes to the training date will be liable for a fee of £80 if we are notified less than 7 days before the training date.
- Once paid for any cancellation of the Part 2 Phlebotomy Training will result in 100% of the booking fee being retained.
Termination of Honorary Contract
The administration reserves the right to terminate an honorary contract if any of the following occur:
- Failure to follow any of the local and/or national policies
- Failure to follow any of the local procedures
- Unprofessional conduct
- Inappropriate patient care
- If the full number of clinical hours have not been reached
- Failure to attend clinical sessions without sufficient notice
- Where delegates have been deemed to put staff and/or patients at risk
- Any breach of confidentiality or data protection
Any breach of training documentation or materials being shared or distributed by any unauthorised person(s)
