Foundation Botox and Dermal Fillers

Day 1 – Neuromodulators (Botulinum Toxin)

Foundation Botulinum Toxin course is a comprehensive didactic and hands-on training designed for medical professionals interested in developing or expanding their medical aesthetics practice. Our intensive, one day training will teach everything required to perform these treatments on patients and will allow the prescriber practitioner to immediately incorporate the procedure into practice. All products and models are provided with no additional cost to the participant (unless participant chooses to be a model).

Participants in the Foundation Botulinum Toxin course will receive course manuals, compilation of evidence-based literature, sample of consent and treatment forms, a CPD verified certificate, registration with products and equipment providers, registration with insurance company and a starter pack of 3-5 treatment (with additional cost).

Day 2 – Dermal Fillers

Foundation Dermal Fillers training course is a one day, hands-on, skills-based training with 50% theory and 50% practical. This comprehensive course provides participants with a solid foundation on dermal filler procedures to the lower face. During the practical session you will learn the facial landmarks and danger zones and how to safely inject dermal fillers in these areas.

Classes are kept small to allow close support to delegates throughout the day and ample opportunity for questions or discussion.

Participants in the Foundation Dermal Filler course will receive course manuals, compilation of evidence-based literature, sample of consent and treatment forms, a CPD verified certificate, registration with products and equipment providers, registration with insurance company and a starter pack of 3-5 treatment (with additional cost).

Courses Terms and Conditions

Session 1 – General Training Terms and Conditions

  1. General Terms and Conditions
  2. Delegates must agree to the following terms and conditions as part of the booking process. Failure to do so will result in booking not being authorised.
  3. Participants arriving late will be refused entry onto the course (see section 2)
  4. Failure of participants to attend the full duration of the event will result in incompletion of the course and relevant certificates will not be issued
  5. Cancelation fees will apply once a booking request has been placed (see section 2)
  6. Delegates are required to ensure that fully payment has been made at the time of booking. Failure to make full payment will result in the participant being refused entry and cancelation fees applied
  7. If a training course is cancelled due to any of the following:
    • Low intake of delegates
    • Unforeseen circumstances such as sickness to facilitator, departmental emergencies
  8. Delegates will be rebooked on to the next available date or an adhoc session will be provided to accommodate these cancellations
  9. Delegates who fail to turn up on the event date will not be offered alternative booking date and will be liable for the full cost of the course (see section 2)
  10. Dates are non-transferable
  11. We will not provide any costs incurred for additional cover (Travel, childcare, accommodation etc.)
  12. We reserve the right to cancel clinical sessions at late notice due to unforeseen or emergency circumstances
  13. Delegates must return an ID cards and scrubs at the end of any sessions
  14. Delegates will be required to comply with all local policies and procedures.
  15. Failure to do so may result in contract termination (See section 3)
  16. Delegates must pre booked in advance their treatment models and are subject to the assessors availability

Session 2 – Refunds & Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations of >14 days’ notice will result in 35% of the booking fee being retained by the course administration.
  2. Cancellations of >7 but <14 days will result in 70% of the booking fee being retained.
  3. Cancellations of <7 days will result in 100% of the booking fee being retained.
  4. Any participants arriving late will be refused entry with 100% of the booking fee being retained.
  5. Failure to attend will result in 100% of the booking fee being retained.
  6. Participants requesting changes to the training date will be liable for a fee of £80 if we are notified less than 7 days before the training date.
  7. Once paid for any cancellation of the Part 2 Phlebotomy Training will result in 100% of the booking fee being retained.

Termination of Honorary Contract

The administration reserves the right to terminate an honorary contract if any of the following occur:

  1. Failure to follow any of the local and/or national policies
  2. Failure to follow any of the local procedures
  3. Unprofessional conduct
  4. Inappropriate patient care
  5. If the full number of clinical hours have not been reached
  6. Failure to attend clinical sessions without sufficient notice
  7. Where delegates have been deemed to put staff and/or patients at risk
  8. Any breach of confidentiality or data protection

Any breach of training documentation or materials being shared or distributed by any unauthorised person(s)
